Set in rural Sussex countryside close to the charming village of Slinfold, near Horsham, the hotel offers 14 en-suite bedrooms, including two 4 poster bedrooms, two comfortable log fire lounges, a well stocked bar, our Flagstones Restaurant and our purpose built Barn for hosting your wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast.
We can accommodate up to 70 guests for your Wedding Breakfast and up to 120 for your evening festivities.
Whilst Random Hall is a Licensed Wedding Venue, you don’t have to hold your wedding ceremony at Random Hall. You might prefer a church service or civil ceremony at another venue before arriving at Random Hall for your wedding reception.
Wedding Package
Exclusive use of Random Hall for the wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening party is based on 50 adults with the opportunity to increase these numbers at extra cost. This gives you a wonderful opportunity to celebrate privately with full use of all of Random Hall on your wedding day and the next morning for breakfast. You will not be sharing Random Hall with any other brides as sometimes happens at other venues.
Our Wedding Package for 50 guests includes:
- Civil Marriage Ceremony
- Canapes and a Glass of Sparkling Wine or Pimms (with a soft drink option)
- Three Course Served Meal with Coffee and Tea for 50 Adults
- Half a bottle House Wine with Meal
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast
- Fresh Floral Table Arrangements + Chair sashes and draping by our in-house florist Jenni
- Cake Stand and Knife
- Dining Tables Presented with Linen Tablecloths, Serviettes
- A Member of Management to Act as Toastmaster
- Printing of Name Cards and Menus
- An Evening Buffet
- Disco 8.00pm until Midnight by our in-house DJ
- Exclusive Hire of Random Hall Hotel
- Complimentary 4 Poster Suite For Bride & Groom on Wedding Day

You Might Not Want Our Package
We will be very pleased to consider any ideas you might have to enhance your special day. If you only want a small wedding of less than 50 guests please call us. We are also very flexible with the details we include. For instance you might prefer Champagne for the toasts or want a band rather than a disco? You might want to include a hog roast, cocktail bar or afternoon tea? We are open to your ideas.

How do we arrange a visit?

Are the ceremony and reception areas wheelchair accessible?
Random Hall is Grade2 listed, so limited in what we can do to improve accessibility. On request we have a disabled toilet and ground floor bedrooms for guests with accessibility problems to use. Please call for further details.
Do you allow children for evening receptions?
Yes, we welcome children to Random Hall Hotel. We do ask that they are supervised at all times due to the venue being off a
main road!
Can we have confetti at the wedding?
Yes, we allow confetti. We ask that for an outside ceremony the confetti is natural.
Can we have sparklers?
Yes, we allow sparklers and will show you the allocated area!
Do you have microphones for speeches?
Yes, on request we can provide a microphone and PA System.
Do you allow dogs at the wedding?
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs however, for an outside ceremony we are happy for them to be part of your special day.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
For a corkage fee you can bring extra drinks. We are happy to look into getting extra stock if there is a preference on the type.
We allow celebration cakes, cupcakes and desserts to be brought in.
What is your guest capacity?
Ceremony and Sit-Down Meal – 60 Guests, Reception – 150 Guests.
